No liability will be accepted by us for damage or loss of any kind arising from the access or use of our website.
All goods are sold strictly with payments through electronic funds transfer (EFT) only. No products will be dispatched until full payment has been received and the payment has been confirmed by the relevant banks. Final order confirmation is required via email.
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information contained in the online store. Discrepancies can arise due to model changes, and stock availability. We cannot be held liable for items supplied that are not to the specification described. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All rights relating to logos, text, images, data, information or other material used on this website are for viewing purposes only. Any unauthorized use, changes or copying is prohibited.
We will not distribute, sell or share any personal information provided on this website with anyone else and will be restricted to the use on this website and the transaction processed on it. We provide a 7 days return policy under the following terms and conditions. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please contact us using the contact us page.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and consumable items (eg. inks and toner) cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
